After about five very transitional years in life and ministry, the Lord began to reveal His intentions of establishing a prophetic community in Hershey, Pennsylvania. We had spent 20 years in full time ministry as pastors, worship leaders, and traveling preachers. We whole-heartedly believe that the expression of a local body is where God places His glory! When God started speaking to us about His desire to raise up a prophetic community in Hershey, we knew very little about the town other than the Milton Hershey legacy. But it was God's desire, so in January 2003 we started a prayer meeting in a local Comfort Inn. Because we had not advertised or promoted ourselves, my husband and I expected it could very well be only us and his parents that would show up that first night. But word got out about what God was about to do, and forty people gathered that night to pray. And so the miracle began. |
